Review and understand existing and proposed mortgage and investment structure
Review Plan Components and Accelerators

Explore opportunities to optimize existing debt and cash flows, e.g., consolidation or preservation of existing debt

Evaluate interest rates on existing debt and determine appropriate timeline for commencing the plan

Review Cash Flow Cycle components and planned or possible incorporation of any or all of the Accelerators


Develop Comprehensive Cash Flow Management Plan

Determine and confirm the series of monthly transactions required to achieve the personalized plan's desired outcomes

Ensure a thorough understanding of the mortgage recommendation and re-advanceable mortgage product/HELOC and related features and how to leverage each unique product
Coordinate with Client Advisors
-
Ensure the successful implementation of the personalized plan by acting as the financial point person as the plan progresses
-
Coordinate with Client Advisors (e.g. Investment Advisor, Mortgage Broker, Conveyancer, Accountant, Realtor, Insurance Broker) on an ongoing basis as and when required


Implementation and Reviews

Review the monthly cash flow cycle and confirm payment amounts

Confirm the non-deductible and deductible proceeds were successfully delivered to the correct accounts and that all mortgage payments, prepayments and investment contributions are set up to be paid from and to the correct bank accounts

Annual cash flow review and adjustments to ensure the plan remains on track and important
changes/milestone events are properly accounted for
